Changes to the language of the contract for review here: Article 24 Final Count 2017 (pdf). This agreement was ratified by the foundation board and the bargaining unit. It is in effect on September 7, 2017. Our contract, the collective agreement, is to be replaced by a new contract in the summer of 2019 and negotiations are ongoing. One of the most important points is Article 23 on wages. In this issue, we look at salaries under the current treaty and the options we have for a new contract. The agreement provides for a one-time flat-rate bonus for all members of the bargaining unit. The money available for this bonus is 4% of the salaries of all faculty members. This agreement was ratified by the negotiating unit and the foundation board. It was in effect on October 1, 2019.
On this page, you will find your collective agreement (“CBA” or “faculty contract”) and all contracts signed. This reversal was more marked for 9-month workers, whose average increase was 8.9% over the three years and whose median increase was 7.8%. And for this larger group of workers, the union`s warning that the Raises Wage in proportion to Alone`s annual valuation could increase higher-paid employees seems to have been prescient: remember that the cost of living has increased by 6.33%, so that the wages of all those who have not increased by this amount have not increased. pdf: UFF-CBA-2017-19 html: 2017-19 Collective Agreement (formatted for use on mobile devices) The contract provides for an average of 3%, 2% and 2% in 2016, 2017 and 2018. (“average” means that some get more, others less, it is on average at as much total.) In addition, the USf administration has been empowered to grant administrative increases of up to 1%, 1% and 1% on average.
In theory, the average increase in wages over these three years (all years combined!) would be between 7.16% and 10.33%, depending on the amount of discretionary money that the administration has decided to distribute.
